Risk Assessment - Directors & Officers Coverage
Building board members and officers are at potential personal risk for every action they take in their official capacities. No co-op or condo should expose volunteer board members to the risk of financial loss because of their efforts on behalf of the entire building community. A confusing variety of insurance programs are available. The D&O policy selected must be tailored to the specifics of the building, the nature of the Board’s activities and considered for maximum cost/benefit.
